The Hotel has been developed on 30,000 m2 of gently sloping land with a private coastline of 300 m. The drive from Heraklion International Airport is one hour (70 km). The Town of Agios Nikolaos lies at a distance of 7 km and the small Village of Elounda is only 2 km away.

Guests are accommodated in 82 units. 38 Superior Rooms and Suites compose the Main Hotel and there are 44 Bungalows and Bungalow Suites. All the Rooms in the Main Building face the Sea and have a Balcony or Terrace. The Bungalows, which also face the sea, have Individual Air Conditioning Units and include a Seawater Swimming Pool that is either Private or shared with the neighboring Bungalow. Most of the Swimming Pools are heated during spring and autumn.
